This year's heroes

Saving an old lady from a burning building, talking a teenager down from a bridge, keeping the streets free of muggers. Council Worker of the Year finalists have all reached this stage for being unsung heroes, going the extra mile in their fields. But only 3 are up for the actual Bravery Award.
