Shadow Health Secretary favours insurance against residential care

Sarah Lockett speaks to Shadow Secretary of State for Health, Andrew Lansley, at the national children and adult services conference. Mr. Lansley argues that none of the funding options in the Social Care Green Paper will work and that an £8000 payment to insure against residential care is the Conservatives' favoured option.
