To many members of the community, from whatever ethnic background, Nat is the only source of support and advice. He contacts agencies on their behalf to arrange care and support for those who need it most. Nat has made council services accessible by breaking down the language barrier and educating communities in how they can help themselves. He has taken the service to 18,500 members of the community and has also been resolving harassment and anti-social behavioural problems; because of the respect gained from the community.
