Julian is passionate about the opportunities he creates in making a difference to quality of life for residents. Working days for Julian involve co-ordinating park improvements, meeting with park user groups, and responding to enquiries from the public. He has established an excellent track record with residents; they feel confident about his ideas to make park improvements and tackle antisocial behaviour. Julian's initiative has led to future prospects involving working closely with neighbourhood management teams and achieving a Green Flag award for one of his parks.
