Improvement East
In a recession, demand for public services increases - but there is less money to fund them. We need to innovate, which means people trying new things to make life better for residents; we need to become more efficient, which means replicating small front-line innovations. Then we need to upscale, to lift the innovation from service to organisation to all the public sector. Local Government Channel sees how Improvement East is driving innovation across public services in the East of England to create real efficiencies and better service delivery.
