The Local Government Channel met with Cllr Paul Bettison, Chairman of the Local Government Association's Environment Board, before this month's LGA Strategy and Finance Policy Review Group meeting about climate change. He spoke about the Climate Projections 2009 report, released today by the government, and how it will help local authorities plan for the future in the face of our changing climate.
