At the LGA's annual conference in Harrogate, Sir Michael Parkinson tells Local Government Channel's Stephen Horn why he is standing up for the rights of patients. In his new role as NHS Dignity Ambassador Sir Michael hopes to improve the lives of older people in care and ensure they are valued and respected.
