Time for a change in Information Leadership

Reports show that of nearly £100 billion spent on 105 public ICT projects in 2008, 30% was wasted. Meanwhile the white papers that support the latest trend in ICT are all sponsored by the main vendors. The Centre for Information Leadership has been set up to provide, for the first time, clear and independent research for the ICT industry and to train the next generation of information leaders, so that decisions can be made on the basis of merit, rather than fashion.
