North East Lincolnshire Council

With a local unemployment rate of nearly 6% North East Lincolnshire has launched a strategy to tackle the problem. The Change programme uses £30m of Working Neighbourhoods funding on regeneration projects, to support unemployed people back in to work, and help young people gain vital trade and life skills. The Local Government Channel pays a visit and finds that things are looking up for the region.
