Local Government Channel goes to Hackney Council to see how its focus on prevention and early intervention has resulted in its services being praised for promoting the independence and wellbeing of service users and family carers. Through a number of projects, we see that this is being achieved through successful partnerships with the NHS and local organisations, through engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders and the work of caring, professional staff.
