Recession sees rise in people reporting problems

With 1 in 4 people already at risk from mental health problems in general, organisations such as the Samaritans, the WHO, think tanks and politicians are warning that the Recession could make things even worse. Local Government Channel reporter Sam Hughes talks to Alison Cobb from the mental health charity Mind to ask her what role Local Government should play in supporting vulnerable people.
