A nationally acclaimed report 'Getting Personal', published in November 2008, established Hampshire as a leader in the national debate on personalisation and the future funding of adult social care. It was also the stimulus to develop a new model of care which is revolutionising the delivery of social care to people in the county. Local Government Channel takes a look.
