Cities are responsible for two-thirds of global carbon emissions and the Mayor of London wants to position the city as a global leader in tackling climate change. The London Development Agency has a pivotal role in driving this agenda and has focused its investment in four key areas; energy efficiency, the supply of energy, creating a low carbon economy and climate change adaptation.
