A unique collaboration between three Northern development agencies, The Northern Way is working to transform the economy and overall landscape of the North. This film highlights the organisation's new "Welcome To The North" public arts programme which is improving the North's cultural offering and enhancing its perception, profile and quality of place by investing in public artworks at a number of key sites.
