Bill Kavanagh has supervised Bournemouth Housing Landlord's cleaning team for six years, helping to transform a 'problem' service into a highly successful and flexible one. Apart from cleaning 208 establishment blocks, the team inspect for disrepair, graffiti and vandalism. The team provides 24/7 support for our Central Control emergency service and work alongside the grounds maintenance and building maintenance teams as required. Working at the front line of our service, the team brings a positive, very responsive and creative attitude to every challenge. They have made a real difference to our estates and the communal areas where residents live.
