Alice Dair
Welfare Benefits Service Manager
Staffordshire County Council
Alice Dair has worked for the County Council for over 50 years in several different roles and is a most respected person throughout the authority and borough of Staffordshire. Her main success has been the forming of the Welfare Benefits Service, which began with just herself and now has evolved into a team of 27. She has also been a Methodist preacher for over 42 years, helping raise funds towards the building of a school in South Africa. She is always willing to put others before herself and never turns anyone away who needs help or advice.
