This has changed the lives of staff who would normally have failed to apply and secure positions within social care. Jag is a remarkable man who started as a security receptionist, has risen into a management role and who undoubtedly will offer more in the future, as he continues to mix an astounding work ethic and an innovative spark into a recipe for success.
