Ray Barlow
Street Scene Operator - Rapid Response Team, Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council
Ray works as part of the rapid response unit in Oldham Council's Street Scene team. His role includes the speedy disposal of fly tipped waste, needles, hazardous waste etc across the borough. Ray has worked for the Council since November 2006 coming from the Training into Employment scheme. He is a lifelong resident of the borough.
